COLOUR CONSULTATION

Choosing the right colours can feel OVERWHELMING.
While colour choice is undoubtedly a subjective and personal preference, we are happy to sit down with you and talk you through the process. We will show you both unique and creative options, for those who like to stand out from the rest, as well as some of the more popular colour palettes used today!

SCHEDULING

Once the quote is accepted and the deposit paid (usually 10% of labour and 15% of materials), we will lock your project down on our calendar and remain available to you throughout the lead time as needed.

ACCURATE PREP WORK

Getting the prep work right is key to a HIGH-QUALITY, LONG-LASTING painting job. We pride ourselves as perfectionists in this area. Whether we're sanding back a timber floor or deck, patching holes (big or small), peeling or bubbling paint, dealing with lead-based paint, cracks in your render walls, or whatever your specific project needs, our remarkable team will ALWAYS use the BEST products and see that the job is done right the FIRST time.

FINISHING COATS

We use PPG and Taubmans Paints and products. We use the HIGHEST grade paint on all exteriors (All-Weather), interior plasterboard (Endure), trims and doors (Water-Based Enamel or Ultimate Enamel), and the BEST timber and decking stains and oils from Sikkens, Cabots, and Johnstones.
Whatever the product, we apply it with precision and pride in each spray, roll or brush stroke.

FINAL WALK-THROUGH

We don't leave the site or send a final invoice until we know you are 100% satisfied with the job we have done.

Hi! I'm Phil. I'm the owner and founder of iPaint houses. Originally from Nashville, TN in the States, I was a professional touring drummer for most of my 20s. Around 2007, I experienced just about as many tour buses, hotels, and greenroom food as I could handle! So, I came off the road, picked up a paintbrush, and haven't stopped painting since!

In 2011 I married a Queensland girl from North Brisbane, and in 2016 we packed up our stuff and moved from Nashville to Brisbane with our two little ones. I set up shop here as a painter in North Brisbane in 2018 and have been building my business since!
