Painting these 79 units was a significant undertaking for our team. Because of this, we knew that this project would need to be carried out with special attention to detail. Likewise, we knew that being on-site for so many weeks could take its toll on the residents.
Therefore, to minimise this inconvenience, we mapped out a painting strategy that kept us from being too long in the same section of villas. We were also aware that excessive noise could be a nuisance for our Suncrest clients, so throughout the project, any music listened to by our painters was played strictly through earphones.
